On Thursday night my son Ben was at KFC and a young man came up to him and said "I'm taking your bike" and rode off with it. He called the police and they didn't even turn up, he is 15.

I wouldn't usually do something like this but he saved all his birthday money and pocket money to buy it himself. This is the third time this has happened to him and I just can't afford to replace it.

I'm just grateful for whatever you can afford.
