Florrie is our 11 year old, unemployed (!) working cocker spaniel. She is more than ‘just a pet’. She‘s empathic, loyal, funny, understands everything you say to her and is incredibly loving. Over the years she has been a life saver for friends in need, as well as for several foster children who have been with us. She has been their best friend. Their comfort. Their stability. She has been instunental in helping traumatised children to settle and heal. She is also my best friend, my comfort and my everything.

She has Adenocarcinoma and needs urgent treatment. Although she is insured, because of her age the insurance will only cover a fraction of the £7k + we‘ve been quoted.

Florrie is so special to us and to so many people. We have to do this surgery immediately.
