Jake is 12 and was born prematurely at almost 27 weeks, shortly after birth he suffered a bleed on the brain and as a result has cerebral palsy Affecting all 4 limbs but primarily his legs therefore he is unable to walk and is wheelchair bound.

Football has always been his passion. And anyone who knows Jake knows he loves to talk stats 🙄 .... Recently he has started playing powerchair football and loves it. Its a dream come true for him to actually be able to play the sport he loves. Unfortunately disability sports equipment comes at a cost (a rather large cost)

We are looking to raise around £7,000 to help fund a sports powerchair so he can play football to his full potential.
