We are running the Manchester 10 k in support of the team on A2. Ward A2 is a busy Respiratory Ward at Wythenshawe Hospital in Manchester. We are running the Manchester 10 km Great Run to support their other fund raising efforts to raise money to buy resources for patients! They really need a fold up camp bed in order to allow the relatives of their sickest patients to be able to sleep comfortably next to their loved ones. Also, they would love a TV in the day room so patients can relax away from their bedspaces with their family and friends. The ward becomes extremely warm, especially in the summer months, so they would benefit from some small fans to make patients feel more comfortable during their stay! They would love to be able to buy other resources, such as eyemasks and eyebuds to enable them to have a good night sleep! However, the list goes on! Any donations would be greatly appreciated!
