Thank you for visiting my page, my funding will help two charitable organisations close to my heart.

Firstly, I am raising funds for Andrew’s Hedgehog hospital based in Appleby, Scunthorpe so they can build a new bespoke, eco-friendly hospital. The premises will boast all that is required to nurse, care for and house sick and injured hedgehogs, with the right facilities on hand to get them back to their chipper, foraging selves, ultimately to be released back into the wild. Hedgehogs are now an endangered species, in the past 50 years the U.K has lost close to 95% of its hedgehog population, 30 million down to just one million. Being a Hedgehog charity, the hospital runs entirely from donations.

Finally, I am also raising funds for Coeliac UK. Coeliac disease is a lifelong autoimmune disease caused by a reaction to gluten. One in 100 people have the condition. Coeliac disease is a serious illness where the body’s immune system attacks its own tissues when you eat gluten. This causes damage to the lining of the gut and means the body cant properly absorb nutrients from food. Coeliac disease is not an allergy or food intolerance.
