Story

Agoonoree is a Scout summer camp for Scouts with physical and learning disabilities. It is a fantastic opportunity for the Scouts to learn new skills, make new friends and it enables them to become more independent away from home.

The camp has been running for over 70 years and is run entirely by volunteers. Lots of amazing people dedicate lots of time to organising the week long camp to ensure it is as fun and beneficial as possible. My Dad being one of these, having spent many years helping making it a success. 2019 will be his 4th year as joint camp leader and i know how much this camp means to him.

I am running the Brighton marthon to try to raise some money to help the camp provide some amazing activites for the campers. Archery, climbing and tomahawk throwing are on the camps wishlist and i would love to be able to help them provide these amazing opportunities and be a part of enriching the camp that little bit more.
