Hi all, Thank you so much for the generous donation... I feel like I should give half back, having only done half the distance yesterday. I got to 12,000+ feet and had a pretty severe bout of altitude sickness. I got back on my feet and ran down the other side of the mountain to the 50 mile point. I made the cut off,, but unfortunately did not have a head torch or enough warm clothes to risk going back up and over. It was a really difficult decision to leave the race at that point, but I had to put safety first. Thank you for supporting me.
