    Story

Mary Coutain, known to all as Chiney died suddenly on 24th April. She was a strong, positive and outgoing person who always had a smile on her face. She was a loving mother to her Children and her 10 year old daughter is in the same class as my son. I would like to raise money for her family to help with the burden of funeral costs. When the Grenfell Tragedy happened she was straight down there with donations. She would give the last pound in her purse to help someone. Even if you can only give £1 please do. Lets pay it forward. For Chiney. 💜

This page was created because the Mount Carmel Parents and Children wanted to show their love for Chiney and Syira. I decided that help with funeral costs could be our last gift to Chiney. The Coutain Family are touched and grateful by the gesture that was made out of love and i would like it known that in no way shape or form have they approached us for financial assistance.

Very sorry for your loss. We’ve known your mum since our daughter was in reception. She was always kind to us and our daughter Priya. Please let us know if we can be of any help.

I first met Chiney when our Children started Nursery. This year they start High School. Chiney tragically died suddenly on 24th April. She had sunshine in her smile. Even on the greyest of days her smile was like the sun breaking through the clouds. I will miss that smile forever
