Hey guys, so Chris is one of the members of my facebook group, he recently posted in the group asking for help, here is what he said:

"So I’m ex forces and was a fire fighter for nearly 10 years, career and my life came to a halt when fire truck I was in crashed n left me with a spinal injury nothing too serious but knackered my tendons around the spine disk bulge and trapped a nerve which causes me not to be able to use my left leg hardly and a constant pain and spawning in the lower left side of my back ( love handle area)

I lost my career to this and it had changed my life in away I don’t like as can do any sports play with my kids martial arts etc etc "

Chris has been like this for 3 years, in his own words depressed.

It turns out his injuries could be potentially helped by 1 to 1 pilates sessions.

However they are expensive and Chris due to his injuries, is on the dole so can't afford it. He's not able to join classes and needs the 1 to 1 support.

He's essentially trapped in this.

Which is why i'm asking you guys to donate and help him get back on his feet. 1 to 1 pilates seems to be around £50 a session, so if we can give him 5 that could potentially change his (and his families) live's.

Chris served in the armed forces and the fire service, so think it's only fair we repay him in some way, please donate whatever you can afford.
