After Medical conditions including ME, Fibromyalgia and Depression, Caused my weight to soar beyond my control I took action and. underwent a Gastric Bypass. This was a hard choice, but as I couldn't exercise, I had to do it, to ensure I was able to be here for my kids.

I lost 5 1/2 stone but then saw that my stomach stuck out like I was pregnant!! I was then diagnosed with Diastis Recti, which is Separated Stomach muscles. I am dealing with constant chronic pain, worsening IBS symptoms and flare ups. This can only be corrected with surgery, it is not a tummy tuck (I would have put up with excess skin, no problem. Any exercise makes the problem worse, so I am stuck with at least another 2 stone to lose. My GP, and the Bariatric team say I NEED this surgery, but The NHS will not fund it and I need it done to continue my weightloss journey.

I Hate asking for this, but making sure my kids' needs are met, as a single mum, leaves me no option. thank you ever so much for reading and/or sharing,even if you do not donate (although I would love it if you did x)
