We at Empathy Northwest CIC offer a much needed valuable service to members of the community who may find themselves needing a 'safe' space to unravel their worries, past issues, domestic abuse, bereavement and loss. We work with all age groups so we can help and support the whole family.

We try to be a 'point of need' service not having long waiting list/times so people can be seen 'at time of crisis'. By offing our services to children in particular is an investment in their future and their children's future.

Individual, couples, family therapy, creative play therapy and group sessions.The kind of session you receive will depend upon your needs, you’ll talk one-to-one with the therapist and establish what is the best form of therapy for you.

Counselling aims to help you deal with and overcome issues that are causing pain or making you feel uncomfortable. We provide a safe and regular space for you to talk and explore difficult feelings totally confidential and none judgemental. Our counsellors are there to support you and respect your views. They will help you to find your own insight and understanding of your problems.

Empathy Northwest CIC are involved in promoting the well-being of the whole community, including abolishing inequalities in service provision. We promote social inclusion for people with mental health issues, there by improving their employment prospects and vehemently opposed to stigma and discrimination.

Empathy fund raise every month to keep the service 'open' but this does not always cover our core cost. This service we provide is totally run by volunteers.

We are trying to raise £10,000 to help Empathy Northwest CIC pay core costs IE rent, utilities, general running cost and materials to use in creative play sessions (paint, clay, sand, glue etc).
