“And whoever saves one life – it is as if he had saved all of mankind.”
Qur’an 5:32
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmatullahi wa Barakatuh,
We are reaching out to our brothers, sisters, friends and wider community with an urgent appeal for a little boy named Anes, who is just 3 years old.
At an age when a child should be playing, laughing and discovering the world, Anes has instead been fighting acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), a form of blood cancer.
He has already endured months of intensive treatment, including chemotherapy and repeated hospital stays. His medical journey has been incredibly difficult, and he has also suffered serious complications during his treatment.
Now, his family are trying to take the next crucial step in his care: sending Anes abroad so that he can receive specialist treatment and a stem cell transplant.
The cost of travelling abroad, specialist hospital care, the transplant and associated treatment is far beyond what his family can manage alone.
This is where we need your help.
We are asking the Ummah and everyone who reads Anes's story to come together and help give this young child the opportunity to receive the treatment he needs.
Every donation matters.
Whether you can give £5, £10, £50, £100 or more, collectively our contributions can make an enormous difference.
If you are unable to donate, please share this appeal with your family, friends, WhatsApp groups, mosques and communities. A single share may reach someone who is able to help.
For those wishing to give Sadaqah, we pray that Allah accepts your generosity, multiplies your reward and makes your contribution a means of ease for Anes and his family.
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Charity does not decrease wealth.”
Anes has already been through more than any young child should have to endure. His family now need our support to get him abroad and access the specialist care and stem cell transplant they are seeking for him.
Please keep Anes in your du'as.
May Allah grant Anes complete shifā’, make his treatment successful, give strength and sabr to his family, and reward every person who donates, shares or makes du'a for him. Ameen.
Please donate whatever you can and share this appeal widely.
Together, by the permission of Allah, we can help give Anes hope for a healthier future.
Jazakum Allahu Khayran for your generosity, your du'as and your support.
