I'm raising £5,000 for my beloved foal, Ifan. He is a 10-month-old Section A Welsh who captured my heart the moment I met him at just 7 months old. Ifan was rescued among 4 other horses from the welsh sales. Unfortunately, Ifan didn’t have the best start to life; he became unwell shortly after we were introduced. In February of this year, he developed a cold that led to numerous vet visits and various medications in an attempt to diagnose his condition.

On Friday, March 21st, Ifan's health took a serious turn for the worse despite being on antibiotics. By Saturday, he was struggling to stand and needed immediate care. We rushed him to a nearby equine hospital where he could receive the specialized treatment he desperately needs. However, the costs associated with his tests, medications, and hospital stay are overwhelming and will amount to thousands of pounds.
