Firstly thank you for clicking on this link and thinking of donating, I have created this page to help a close friend of mine, Jamie Palmer, whose family has been struck with tragedies within the last few weeks.

In November 2018, whilst visiting South Africa for his grandmothers funeral after she unexpectedly passed away. Several of his family members were involved in a tragic plane crash the day before the funeral. His uncle, David Goodwin, managed to save the other occupants of the plane. His mother and two aunts and cousin are being treated in hospital for burns and spinal injuries, however his uncle passed away shortly after the accident.

Jamie had planned to fly out to South Africa, to see his mother who is recovering in hospital, However, a few days ago his car had broken down leaving him unable to travel.

Whilst these incidents seem tragic enough, several days ago Jamie and his girlfriend were burgled, the possessions which were taken included all the cash they had (around £200 in cash from a relative), Jamie's laptop, bank cards and all forms of ID for both Jamie and his girlfriend, Including Jamie's passport meaning he is unable to fly out to South Africa,

I have set this fundraiser up with Jamie's approval, he is desperately needing money to be able to afford to get a passport immediately so he can be with his mother. As well as money to replace his stolen goods, any other money which would be donated would be used for things which Jamie or the rest of his family would need in this difficult time.
