I'm proud to announce that I have been selected to represent England in the forthcoming ITF Taekwondo-Do World Championships. The tournament will be held in Pyongyang, North Korea during September.

This will be my fourth World Championships and I am hoping to build on my recent success at the 2017 European Championships, where I achieved a Silver medal in Individual patterns. I also won three Bronze medals in team events and we hope to continue our success in Korea!
