Hi, we have realised that 16-18 year olds moving out of the care system are not always being provided with the necessary opportunities to succeed in life.

We feel that a huge effort needs to be made to build and maintain good relationships throughout this transition period and onwards. Currently the system often results in the loss of their familiar support network and can make them feel lost leading them down paths they shouldn't be going.

We are looking to raise funds to enable us to provide them with the continued support and opportunities they need to be able to transition from care to independence with confidence, giving them a chance in life to become the person the wish to be.
