I've raised £1800 to help the NHS workers in York get rewarded for putting their lives in danger and for caring for us all.

I enjoy giving back, and this time I am setting up a fund to help the NHS workers get the reward, warmth and love they deserve for putting their lives in danger and for caring for us all with such dedication and under great pressure. This will also support my business in this difficult times.
Contributors can offer a donation which, once the coronavirus is under control, the NHS workers can enjoy at our studio in Heworth, York.
How will I carry this work out? I, Ana Guerrero, commit myself to dedicating 2 massage slots a week for 5 months for the NHS workers who want to claim a "massage ticket". That means I will be offering 40 hours at £45 per hour which equals £1800. If after the 5 months have past there are still funds to be used, NHS workers will be able to use their massage tickets any time after the 5 months too.
Massage not only helps with musculoskeletal issues but it is also very soul-healing and stress-relieving because of the nurturing nature of touch.
Ana is a really talented and caring therapist - she creates a whole experience from start to finish and everything feels seamless. She is incredibly intuitive and skillful in her work - the movements she makes are linked in clever ways so that you almost feel like water as she moves and guides you into relaxation. I've never had a massage like it and would recommend anyone to try! - Cat E.
The fund has a limit of £1800 which equals 40 sessions at my usual reduced NHS rates (£45 instead of £50). I would encourage other therapists around the country to do the same as there is only so much I can do on my own.
Ana is a consummate professional, clearly very knowledgeable about every aspect of physical therapy and treatment. She assessed my condition (s) and made informed assessments that were more accurate and helpful than any doctor had made before. I would highly recommend, having been something of a sceptic about the benefits of physiotherapy before. - Peter S.
