Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) Birmingham is a family Church seeking to carry on the legacy of Christianity in the UK by purchasing a Church that would have been converted into a Mosque.
The Maypole Methodist Church in Birmingham was purchased for 1.1 million pounds in September to be converted into a Mosque. However, the land was subject to a restrictive covenant, meaning it could only be used for Christian religious purposes. As such, the contract was voided, and the Church returned to the auction market.
On 11.12.24, we, Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) Birmingham, won the auction to purchase the building at about half the price (£555,000), which is a miracle as we don’t have that money but put in a bid in faith. We have managed to raise about £100k, which gives us the 10% required to secure the property, but we need to come up with the rest (~£450,000). We are trying to get a mortgage but have had multiple challenges.
We ask you to help carry on Christ's legacy in the UK by helping us purchase this property. We only have till FEBRUARY 17TH to complete the purchase, or we will lose the property and our 10% deposit. Please donate whatever you can.

Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) Birmingham is a family church established in 2012 by Rev Simon Atunde and Family. We currently worship at Scouts Hall, Gibbins Road, B29 6QR every Sunday from 10am to 12pm. We would love to see you there ✝️ ❤️
