Myself, my kids and some friends are taking on a 23km SAS timed run/hike challange over the Pen Y Fan mountain in wales on the 7th June to help raise as much money as possible for our friend Tony.

We are doing this so he can try to get any treatment and care out there that will help him live as long and as comfortable as possible with this horrible disease, which is the same disease that took rugby player, Rob Burrows & astronomer, Steven Hawkins lives .

Tony was the life and soul of anywhere he went, he has done so much for so many people over his years and even now, in a wheelchair struggling to move, he is still contributing to many kids in boxing and giving his time and knowlage to others.

Please help drive us all up that Mountain to complete this 23km SAS hike in under 4 hours by giving something to help this amazing human being 🙏..
