What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding is a new type of fundraising where you can raise funds for your own personal cause, even if you're not a registered charity.

The page owner is responsible for the distribution of funds raised.

Story

Six relatively NORMAL BLOKES take on an epic adventure in three VERY QUESTIONABLE CARS. All to raise much needed funds and awareness for a local cause HELP4HARRY & The Charity Action Duchenne.

HARRY and his FABULOUS family are truly committed to helping charities that are very close to them. Please visit www.Help4Harry.co.uk,

2 years ago Osgoods helped a little by sponsoring an unimaginable event for Harry's Ironmen. We now, want to do something ourselves!!!!!!

Now despite the obvious athleticism ! Of myself! I would be unable to take part in any physical challenges of endurance like all of the GREAT fundraising efforts that many people have undertaken in the past years with such success. I wanted to do something? So on with the thinking caps and We have decided to actually take part in a car rally and entered 3 cars to raise some monies ourselves, that is, joining an event called The Two Ball Rally driving 1850 miles from London to Lisbon on 04/04/19 to 08/04/19, upon finishing the rally, we have decided to make our own little race by driving the whole journey back again non stop, to meet the ferry in Dieppe a mere 21 hours later.

At the end of 2018 we purchased the Ford KA cars to take part. Extensive welding and servicing has had to be done, just to make these bad boy's roadworthy and hopefully reliable now. Those of you that know us, will know that we don't want to be like everyone else, we have decided to make some changes to the cars, starting with the colour. All 3 cars are going to be wrapped in Harry's Orange, we are also adding a really stylish rear whale tail spoiler to all the cars. The mods don't stop there. Air horns, cb radios, stink bombs and heat activated smoke pellets are a must for any serious Rally participant (NOT)! I also have a little surprise install for 2 of the KA's and their drivers, but i cant go into details. Upon our return, we will be selling these vehicles, and every penny will be added to our total, unless of course anyone would like us to do another Rally?

PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! help us raise as much as possible for this cause.

Those taking part

Osgoods Ltd, Graham Osgood and Jamie Gordon

Ceasar Camp Accident Repair, Ant Snelling and Sam Burt

Excel FSE Ltd, Stewart Terry and Sam Edwards

We will be keeping videos and progress reports of our journey.
