I've raised £300 to to help fund Eleni's physiotherapy by running the Cornish Marathon!

Eleni was 3 months old when she first had a seizure and was taken into hospital. She is now 15 months old and is yet to be diagnosed; her neuroligical disorder means that she cannot hold herself up, cannot see and has epileptic seizures. Her development depends entirely on a special Ketogenic diet and intense physiotherapy.
On the NHS she only recieves physiotherapy once a month - her friends and family are scraping together money to pay for additional, private sessions, which are not cheap. The results of these sessions are incredible; in the last few months, Eleni has gone from being weak, vomiting and frequent hospital admissions, to learning to roll onto her side and learning to grab things with her hands. These are small steps for most babies, but incredible progress for Eleni.
We are running to raise money so that Eleni can have further therapy: physio, hydro and any other treatment that might improve her quality of life. The dream is that one day, Eleni will learn to walk, talk, play and see the beautiful people in her life that love her so much.
Every penny counts! Your donation, no matter how small, will mean a great deal to Eleni and we want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your help.
