Story
This is Eleni. She was 3 months old when she first had a seizure and was taken into hospital. Doctors are still unable to diagnose her and there have been other complications with her health. Her development depends entirely on a special Ketogenic diet and intense physiotherapy. On the NHS she only recieves physio once a month - her friends and family are scraping together money to pay for additional, private sessions, which are not cheap.

The results of these sessions are incredible; Eleni has gone from being weak, vomiting and frequent hospital admissions, to learning to roll onto her side and to grab things with her hands. She will be 2 soon and can now hold her head up by herself and take out and put in her dummy. These are small steps for most babies, but amazing progress for Eleni.
I am taking part in a 24 hour rollerskating marathon to raise money so that Eleni can have further therapy: physio, hydro and any other treatment that might improve her quality of life. The dream is that one day, Eleni will learn to walk, talk, play and see the beautiful people in her life that love her so much.
Every penny counts! Your donation, no matter how small, will mean a great deal to Eleni and I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your help.
