Daz's Rock 4 Charity have been contacted by Ezzy's mum, Angela to help fundraise for further surgery that daughter Esme needs.
For those who haven't had the pleasure of meeting Ezzy or who don't know her story.
Ezzy is 4 years old, born in January 2014, was 11.5 weeks early and weighed 3lbs.
The family were given the devastating news in 2016 that their daughter had cerebral palsy.
She had surgery September 2017 and started building up her muscle's strength via physiotherapies, strength and conditioning.
December 2017 with the aid of supportive leg splints she took her first steps.
Unfortunately Ezzy's calf muscle needs attention as her left foot is rotating inwards causing problems and discomfort and would inhibit her progress.
This surgery needs to be done as soon as possible otherwise Ezzy could lose the ability to walk independently.
Therefore the world's leading surgeon with the best results have accepted Ezzy for surgery in June 2019 at
St Louis Children's hospital in America. Our focus is to raise the money required between us all to give Ezzy the future she deserves.
The surgery costs £20,000
