    Story

My cat kitkat is a 2 year old indoor cat. I rescued him when he was only 3months old he was getting sold for free on facebook and he didnt have the best start in life he was born with a birth defect on his paw, has wonky eyes and a broken tail. If he was to go out he wouldnt of survive 5mins. Unfortunately kitkat become ill he was being sick so i took him the vets and paid £55 for him to have a anti sickness jab which within 24hours had not worked so ive took him back like any caring parent (pet owner) would do they have said they will have to keep him in as hes not eaten or had anything to drink in 5 days so at this stage its costing me £400 for him to be kept in overnight, be put on a iv drip, be sedated and have an xray. i had a phone call with the results of the xray saying that part of his intestines have shrivelled and they will need to open him up to find out what is causing it. So obviously i say go ahead as i do anything for this cat he is like a son to me not just a cat. So thats an extra £500 on top. Now i have then asked about payment plan due to the fact i dont have £900 to spare. I am currently on maternity leave and have a 4month old baby and i have a daughter that has just turnt 5years old and is going through testing of autism. Kitkat is my daughters best friend shes just started year 1 and in her year in year R she was being bullied i would of never known if i never heard her talking to kitkat she talks to him about everything and hes still a playful kitten and plays with her all the time. The vets do not do payment plans i have to pay in full and they have added an extra £100 due him staying there as they refuse to give him back til i pay it. I an absolutely heart broken as i only wanted to see him better and didnt think it would be a problem to do a payment plan was willing to pay £100-£200 a month but its not good enough so please please if you can help and spare any money to help me get my kitkat back i really appreciate it.

    Many thanks

I care for disabled animals and take in the ones that are being given away for free on social media as I would hate for them to be mistreated. I work a minimum wage and it's a struggle at times but these pets are like family members aswell . Everyone deserves a second chance in
