Story
Worldwide Vets is running a fundraiser. Ukraine is under attack and people and animals are having their lives turned upside down. Our initial fundraising efforts were to support horse owners moving away from the active zones and feeding their horses, with a grant system in place.
We are continuing to support the equine community, and thankfully now many horses have been relocated, so our focus has moved to providing veterinary care to horses as well as abandoned dogs and cats around the country and especially along the frontline. We have treated, vaccinated, sterilized (spay/neuter) and treated hundreds of animals in 2022 but now funds are running short, and we need your help.
In 2023 we will be taking a mobile vet clinic into the most challenging areas of Ukraine to keep helping animals in dangerous and isolated villages. Our goal is to vaccinate, sterilize, deworm and treat 10,000 dogs and cats next year as well as continue to support equine vets and owners around the country.
With hundreds of abandoned animals running free on the frontlines, hay and feed becoming short as snow begins to set in, the need is more urgent than ever.
£5 deworms a dog or cat and treats them for parasites
£10 feed a horse for a week
£30 spays or neuters a stray dog or cat to prevent unwanted litters and more homeless animals
£50 provides life saving treatment to an animal injured by the bombing, or leg amputation so those caught in the blast can be safely evacuated, rehomed and live a happy life.
£100 restocks the emergency medicines cupboard, so we can help every animal, no matter how desperate the case.

5 days agoThe clinic exterior is now completed ❤️ I just need to put on the spare wheel holders and the solar panels, so we can provide care to animals even where there is no electricity! This is very exciting, because it means we will be able to deploy early next month as per our target! 👏🏽🎉

1 month agoOur Ukraine mobile vet clinic has arrived on UK shores. After a much anticipated few months, the clinic has arrived in England. It was shipped into Southampton port and Dr Campling collected it, towing with our donated car. Being 3.5 tons, it take a lot of power to pull the trailer so the car will be a permanent partner for the clinic, getting it to where it is needed most. Now all that is left to do is stock it with medications for the animals of Ukraine and get underway. We hope to deploy in a couple of weeks. Watch this space.
