    Story

Like with any family hearing the dreaded news that one of you has cancer has to be the worst news ever. You always think, no this can't happen to us but unfortunately for two friends of mine life has thrown cancer there way. Lee Day has been diagnosed with Metastasis melonoma stage 4. Lee has received immunotherapy but has proved unsuccessful and because of how aggressive his condition is any chemotherapy or surgery would only result in the Cancer grow back. Ipswich hospital have been brilliant but are now unfortunately unable to continue helping me with any more treatment. There is however hope and treatment is available at the Royal Marsden Hospital in Chelsea, London where he can receive the treatment check mate 020. This is of course brilliant news for Lee and his partner Heidi but as they are both stay at home parents with a young family they really could do with a helping hand for any private treatment and to cover any travel expenses that they are going to need to commute from Ipswich to London not to mention the stress for any child care expenses and any other support that they will need.
Just like any family struck by this evil disease all they need is a little help to make life a little less stressful and take away the worry of what most of us may possibly take for granted.
Anything from 50p to £10 would be very helpful and much appreciated.
Help me help this lovely family please.
