Raising money to help Dogs and Cats UK

We are students from Queen Mary's College in Basingstoke, and we are partaking in an event called Social Action Week. We are raising money for a local charity called 'Helping Dogs and Cats UK'.

We are doing a Spinathon in Festival place in Basingstoke, in Porchester Square, (the area outside M&S and the Sports Centre) from Tuesday the 25th June until Thursday the 27th June. We are aiming to cycle the length of the English Channel, in total, shared between our two groups of stationary cyclists, and cyclists who are travelling around Basingstoke.

'Helping Dogs and Cats UK' is a non-profit animal rescue, based in Basingstoke, also operating in Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, and Kent. They specialise in rescuing cats and dogs, and other small animals that are in need of help. Their work includes rehoming, rehabilitation, veterinary care, microchipping, spaying and neutering.
