Helping Local Animal Charities

I weighed in today 4/1/18 at 16 Stone in weight and am not happy with my fitness levels, I need to diet and get fit again so i thought it would be a great idea to do it and raise some much needed cash at the same time for three Dog Charities close to my heart. However much I raise will be split evenly between the three charities. I have over a thousand friends on Facebook & if each and every one of you were to donate just £5 each these Rescues would be on a real winner! Please do, it will push me so much harder! I am aiming to lose two stone before May. Animal rescue centres are struggling more than ever at present and desperately need help, lets give them some of ours!
