I've raised £600 to Help homeless Mark and his kitten to pay first few months rent

No longer fundraising, thank you!
Mark has been a rough sleeper for over three years, usually around Waterloo Station. Mark was hoping to get a place in a hostel - until he found a tiny kitten, abandoned in a cardboard box in a subway.
Tucking the shivering, terrified kitten into his jacket, Mark took her straight away to the Blue Cross in Victoria, where the vet told him she was just a few days old and near death. The Blue Cross gave Mark kitten milk and showed him how to use a syringe to feed her. Zaz is now about six months old. Mark can’t find a hostel that will take him unless he abandons Zaz -and this is not something he is prepared to do.
Mark is not eligible for social housing because he doesn’t have a disability, mental health issues or an addiction. He can’t get private rented accommodation as he has no credit history, financial references, etc.
Magda and Sue are trying to help Mark by raising £5000, which would form the first six months’ rent on his own bedsit.
Magda met Mark couple of moths ago and since then she meets him every week .
Sue became involved with Mark a few weeks ago. Sue runs a charity for disadvantaged families and is a qualified psychotherapist. Both Magda and Sue are committed to supporting Mark for as long as he needs it.
