As part of our Entrepreneurship module in University, myself and 6 other students have decided to set up this charity.
This charity is a way for us to help the homeless people here in Liverpool. Statistics show that people living on the streets in Liverpool in 2016 are higher than ever and we want to help reduce this statistics in any way that we can.
After brainstorming for 2 weeks, we decided to set up a non-profit charity to help the homeless due to Christmas on its way. Christmas is a very important time to all of us as it is a time to celebrate with friends and family and feel loved. We are giving boxes to homeless people which will contain items such as toothbrushes, razors, deodorants, socks and other everyday items that they may not have; we are also including festive items in the box such as chocolate and small gifts.
ALL the money we receive will be used to buy these products to make our unique boxes for the homeless which we will distribute via the WhiteChapel in December. We are a NON-PROFIT charity, we are not making any money from this. Once all our boxes are distributed we will post our costs for proof of purchases etc.
Even if you only donate £1 or £2 it will help us A LOT! Every donation counts and we will be ever so grateful for all your help - we really want our charity to be a huge success. This is not only a project for our module in University but it is also something us students are very passionate about and want to continue to be a legacy here in Liverpool.
