Story

My sister developed cerebral palsy when she was 2 weeks old after a challenging first few weeks in hospital. I love my sister very very much and I would like to raise money to help buy an Innonwalk machine to help make her muscles stronger so hopefully one day we can walk to school together.

The machine is very expensive and can not be funded by the NHS but we have been looking for a while and have found a second hand one up for grabs. We have put our name down for it but now need to raise the funds ourselves. My family are able to cover part of the cost but I would like to help them with the rest. I am taking on my first triathlon challenge on Sunday 30th October where I will swim 500m, cycle 9 miles and run 3 miles which is the same distance as a sprint triathlon.

I would be very grateful for any donation no matter how much and I will share photos on the day to prove that I did it. I am a little nervous but I am determined to help my sister however I can. Thank you everyone. Elwyn (aged 7) x
