I've raised £500 to Raise awareness of suicide in young people and funds for 'help me, I'm fine' for THRIVE approach training and sensory areas in schools.

In June 2017, I lost my 16 year old neice Maisie, to suicide. It left us devastated. Maisie was a shy, beautiful, funny and intelligent young lady, who we miss every second of the day.
Following Maisie's death, her mum- my sister, decided to create 'help me, im fine' after finding an ambigram of this in Maisies bedroom. She tirelessly fundraises to enable primary schools to have sensory areas and THRIVE approach training, giving young people the tools they need to cope with life's transitions.
This year i really wanted to do something in Maisies memory and support my sister while, at the same time, raise awareness of suicide in young people.
I decided to completely push myself out of my comfort zone so on June 15th 2019 ( this also happens to be my 52nd birthday) I will be doing a 15000ft skydive... I am terrified of heights and those who know me know that I won't even go down an escalator.... WHAT HAVE I DONE???
Luckily, I won't be alone as 2 of my colleagues from Pinfold House veterinary Practice, Toni Middleton and Alison Hepton, have agreed to do the jump with me.🦸♀️🦸♀️🦸♀️
Please, please support us if you can, even the smallest donation can make a huge difference.
We will never get Maisie back, but together, we can raise awareness and hopefully encourage even one person to reach out and get the help that will save their very, precious, life.
Suicide is a permanent end to a temporary feeling. Just that one conversation could make all the difference. 💜
