Panther, a loving 7 month old black kitten was attacked from behind with a force so hard that the injuries have left his hip bone completely disconnected from his hip. With how the leg bone has been left it indicates he was struck from behind unexpectedly according to the vet.
After been missing for almost a day he was found in a garden close to home which indicates he was there in that pain all night not been able to walk otherwise he would have made it home as he lives just round the corner.
He lives with 3 young children who all adore him, he's also known by most of sunny fields school pupils as he's regularly seen doing the school run walking with all the children into school.. He just loves children and they all live him. He's also been known to make a few appearances in school such as in the headteachers office and the school library.
We are now left with vet bills of around £600 to pay before he has his operation.. In the meantime he has to have pain releif to help him get through the day. Its already cost £130 for xrays, sedation and consultation.
I worry that if i can't afford the operation he will be loving in alot of pain daily :( the whole family are devistated
