Ahmed has serious kidney disease and urinary tract complications. This is a painful and serious conditions and he urgently needs help.

Ahmeds and his siblings live with their mother - I have known her for several years and have donated regularly to her to help for food and clothing - however this time her sons condition needs a much larger sum and so we request that everyone donate as much as they can afford.

I regularly create charity cases to raise funds. I only do this for cases that are genuine, have documentation, sometimes I speak to the doctors, and have contacts on ground to verify.

Some months ago, a Ahmed was fighting kidney disease in Gaza. I have helped fund his last 2 surgeries. These surgeries were successful and meant he continued to live, and his kidney continued to function (one of his kidneys has shut down, the other was recovered after previous surgery)

Those of you who are aware of the situation in Gaza, the health care system has totally collapsed. It was dire enough previously due to severe restrictions from its neighboring country, on imported medication and equipment but after Covid has spread so rapidly there, healthcare has totally shut down.

I was distraught to learn that they shut down Ahmeds hospital (European Gaza hospital) and shifted some of the critical patients into a school next door with minimal basic support. Its so far from what is needed. He has also developed complications after contracting Covid. This has been disastrous.

We have found a Turkish charity that will treat him in Turkey. We decided to move Ahmed out of Gaza and to Turkey so that he could be treated property for the kidney complications and Covid.

We have since discovered that he needs a kidney transplant - we have had several charities donate to us for this but are still short by approx 2000 pounds.
