Story
Dear Friends,
For 30 years we/Ukraine lived independently and have built our country to be a happy place. But someone has decided he wasn’t happy with that. This is not just an assault on Ukraine alone, it's an assault on humanity and the free world.
On the 24th of February, Vladimir Putin decided to invade a peacefully sleeping country in a middle of the night. From that moment on, it has been nothing short of surreal. The shocking images that have been aired on TV give us only small window into the pain and suffering that has been unnecessary brought upon the people of Ukraine.
Unfortunately, we are learning how many babies and children have lost their families since this war started. It is heart breaking. One day they had it all – mum and dad and happy life and just over night their lives have been turned into hell forever. No child should need to know what to do when the air raid sirens sounds, or when there is an air attack, or even to hear or witness bombing or shootings. Cities have been destroyed and now completely uninhabitable. People’s lives have been changed forever.
For the last 2 months people have been sleeping in the basements and bunkers. Lots of families have been left with no home - they have had to escape and some have had their homes bombed by the aggression. We have had hospitals moved in the basements along with innocent children in orphanages.45% of people in Ukraine now have no food.
As some of you know, this is also very personal for me. My dad and his friend, 67 and 65 years old, alongside hundreds of other brave men have enlisted into the army. It breaks my heart. I was screaming in anger and pain when I was told and I feel so helpless being so far from them. My mum and the rest of their friends and family together with help of their neighbours, with limited electricity and gas are cooking and delivering food to our soldiers. And there are many families like that.
So, I want to do everything possible and impossible to send help to hospitals, orphanages and to people, who need our help the most.
We urgently need:
We also need :

I never thought that I would have to write such a plea for help, but please, give whatever you can and share the link with your friends or in other groups. Every donation will help to save lives.
If anyone has any contacts with suppliers and retailers who may be willing to donate please feel free to put them in contact.
I cannot tell you how grateful I am for all your thoughtful messages and offers of help. From my amazing friends and colleagues, my neighbors, friends of the friends and even my doctors and dentist, teachers and parents at my son's nursery. So many of you keep asking how else they can help the Ukrainian army and people in Ukraine. From Australia to Spain, Greece to US, Uruguay and Portugal and I’m not even mentioning people all over UK and the rest of Europe, I am forever grateful.
I will never be able to repay you back for your kindness…From the bottom of my heart Thank you for all your support, kindness and generosity.
Thank you
Слава Україні!
