In 2002 The Tiglao's came in the UK to seek for a better life for their children and to support families back home in the Phillipines. They settled in Haverfordwest, the couple, Jay, an HSCW and Joan, a Registered Nurse, both working in Withybush General Hospital have 4 children namely : Kim, Kamille, Kelly and Keira. Life was hard at the beginning but got better as time went by. Until a tragic and fatal accident happened whilst on holiday in the Philippines last January 5, 2018 that led to the untimely death of a very dear friend/family Joan and her youngest daughter Keira sustaining fracture, which shocked families, friends and colleagues.
