We have been actively helping the homless and rough sleeper community in leicester and the uk since 2014. We have also assisted flood victims in the past too. At present we try and provide a 360° all-round service.

As HTH-help the homeless Leicester is going from strength to strength the next part of our mission and purpose is to create an HTH headquaters, an advocacy centre which will be a base for all of our work, material aid and drop in sessions for the homless community as well as our volunteers. We have found numerous properties that would be suitable and all vary in price range and running costs. All between 7-10k per annum, so this is what is next for us all here.

We are saving hard, but to do this and make it a reality we need your valuable ongoing help amd support.

Imagine somewhere with flexible opening hours, accurate information and signposting, a one stop shop so to speak! We currently feed up to 100 people every Wednesday on the market as well as providing clothing and other material aid. We also assist people who may be struggling to make ends meet. By helping to obtain furniture bedding sofas white goods etc. We also have a mobile library for the homeless which is called Roaming Readers. This is a platform of enrichment that enables empowerment as a platform into other services. We have also started to advocate for rough sleepers, starting on the streets right through into permanent housing and employment, but the support then continues to encourage the smooth transition and reintergration into society.
