Over 14 years ago my brother been diagnosed with diabetes type 1 ,and now his health is in poor condition as we just discovered that his kidneys are not functioning properly and if it didn't get treatment soon it will develop to kidney failure ,days after he walked out of the room saying he can't see anything ..he can barley see the light! We took him to the doctor he broke our heart saying he can never see again ..I refused to just accept that with no fight so I took all my saving and after 10 hours journey to one of the fames specialists doctors ..he revived our hope that there is a chance for my brother to see again but he must have an operation done to his both eyes. . I was happy that there is hope but devastated by the fact that we can't afford it..between the operation, tests and medicine for the kidneys treatment will cost £5000. I spent many night praying and crying..it's the worst feeling to see your beloved ones suffer and you can do nothing about it ..helpless!. I don't know what to say or how to say it but your help will change his life and ours.God bless
