I've raised £500 to Provide safe facilities for our sister Sacred Heart School in Kenya

Sacred Heart school is founded upon the belief that all girls deserve an education, yet this is not the case in many countries throughout the world. This July a team of students and teachers are travelling to our sister school in Kenya to renovate a school so that the girls being educated there can have safe facilities and receive an education. An education that will help them to avoid forced marriage, an education that will help them to work their way out of poverty. On June 17th this year a group of Y8 students will be charging up Helvellyn and Dollywagon Pike to raise money for this worthy cause. This is a challenging hike and while you are celebrating Sunday with a delicious lunch and spending time with your families, these girls have chosen to give up their time to help other girls their age access the human right of education.
