I am attempting to complete 42.2KM (marathon distance) on a tricycle around Woking Park on 29th August 2019. Having not ridden a bike for 16 years since my stroke, my physio and I thought we would attempt riding a tricycle. We began training in March where I could only manage 3KM, but over the last three months I have built my confidence and tolerance for riding outdoors.
