I've raised £1000 to share equally between the Chiltern Centre for Disabled Children and Henley Hockey Academy to fund 3D Rebound Training Nets
Organised by Fergus Heggie and Charlie Shaw
Charlie Shaw (16) and Fergus Heggie (15) of Henley Hockey Club were gutted when Hockey had to stop for the 2nd Lockdown - so they decided to set themselves a challenge which would help both their local community and the club where they play.
Between themselves they aim to complete 50,000 keepie uppies over 25 consecutive days - 1000 each per day.
They hope to raise £500 for the Chiltern Centre for Disabled Children, based in their home town of Henley-on-Thames, and £500 for 3D rebound nets to be used in training the 200 plus junior membership at Henley Hockey Club.
