I've raised £1500 to All of one Heart - MPS2 Warrior

A year ago, Henry was diagnosed with MPS2 which is a very serious and life limiting disease. Currently there is no cure, but the fight continues to get Henry on a clinical trial which might mean he has to travel abroad or incur other expenses.
MPS2 is short for Mucopolysaccharidosis type 2 and is otherwise known as Hunters disease. This genetic condition affects many different parts of the body and occurs almost exclusively in little boys. It is a progressively debilitating and life limiting disorder.
Henry is lucky enough to be receiving world-class treatment from Great Ormond Street Hospital but he has had to endure a number of operations and some lengthy stays in hospital. This would be tough on anyone, but to see a three-year old go through this can be heart breaking.
Each week he receives treatment to replace the enzymes that MPS2 has deprived him of. This treatment can only manage and delay the worst effects of his condition - it is not a cure.
We are raising funds to get Henry on a clinical trial that will lead to a final cure.
