We would like to make a short documentary about the cultural conditions of the Bulgarian theatre trough the eyes of an iconic Bulgarian actress, Stoyanka Mutafova.

She is a legendary comedian with a career span of several decades which includes over 53 theatrical plays and 25 films. I would like to know more about her cinematic passion which led to her career choices and what kept her going for so many years.

An intertwined topic will be created to discuss and draw comparison from particular changes in theatre before and after the fall of the communistic regime in Bulgaria. It will also include how Bulgarian theatre has had a vital impact on the lives of Bulgarian people nowadays.
