I've raised £1000 to Hereford Riding for the Disabled

As I said in my bio, I am currently a member of the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffalos. Each year one of us is nominated to take charge of fundraising for a local charity...this year it's me and I'm really looking forward to the challenge!
I have chosen to support Hereford Riding for Disabled and my aim is to raise awareness of the charity and a minimum of £1000 in donations. I think this is massively achievable...especially with all your help!
To raise the money I will be taking to the skies to do a Tandem Skydive and will jump from 10,000 - 15,000 feet, falling at speeds of around 120mph...yikes. Then the parachute will be deployed, which will give my heart a chance to slow down a bit!
I will be doing this on 1st October 2022, but this could change depending on the weather.
Hereford Riding for the Disabled provide riding therapy sessions to people aged 5 - 85 years old with additional needs – ensuring they can enjoy horse riding and a physical activity.
RDA's sessions provide numerous benefits - not only do they improve riding skills but also help with the client's core strength, communication skills and gives pure enjoyment!
They have great equipment such as a hoist for clients with limited movement or for those that are wheelchair bound. Also, they have a mechanical horse called 'Steady Eddie' which can be used for clients wanting to work on their core strength/position, or to build confidence.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read this and for any donations you give.
