Last year H was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease at the age of 42, which was a massive shock to both his friends and family. H has remained incredibly strong and is determined to live a prosperous life as he learns to manage the symptoms of his condition.

The next chapter in H's story is about him maintaining his independence and learning where best to focus his energy and with who. In particular H wants to ensure that he continues to provide for his family as well as spend quality time with them.

However some days are better than others and currently may have to focus his energy on challenges that could easily be solved by the money raised from this fund. e.g. Climb the stairs 8 times a day of use a stair lift and go for an evening walk with his family.

I am looking to raise funds to make a few simple adjustments to the Zimmerman household to try and make difference to a an inspirational family.
