The Friends of Hardenhuish School have entered a team in this year's Chippenham River Run.

Taking place on the 6th July, dozens of pupils, parents and staff will pull on the Hardenhuish green and run either 2 or 5 km to raise money for good causes. 50% of the money raised will go to this year's chosen school charity, Young Minds. Young Minds campaign for a world where no young person feels alone with their mental health. To achieve this, Young Minds aim for all young people to have access to get the mental health support they need, when they need it. The remaining 50% will go to the Friends of Hardenhuish School and the Hardenhuish Educational Trust. These organisations raise money to support the school to buy resources that benefit the pupils and students. In recent years, their support has been crucial at providing school minibuses, water fountains and ICT equipment.
