I've raised £2500 to help The Curtis Palmer Program expedition to Norway.

Andrew was ever the adventurer, he loved hiking, walking, climbing and trying new things at every opportunity. That is why myself, Mark Allmond and a group of family and friends are planning to walk 20 miles carrying the combined weight of Andrew between us, he weighed about 93kg. We plan to walk the Thames path and back in his honour and to signify that we carry him with us in our hearts always.
At the 10mile point we plan to tie a blue ribbon to a tree and raise a glass to him watching down on us. Andrew believed that we should live life to the full, taking every opportunity to experience challenges and try new things, He was alwasy the first to offer help to others and make sure they are okay physically and mentally, always offering his friendship with ease. I know that he would have been as supportive of The Curtis Palmer Program as I am and be proud of the work that they do.
The Curtis Palmer Program are taking 17 service users on an expedition to Norway in July. The group will be walking over mountains and wild camping before meeting up with a group of injured military servicemen and canoeing down the Norwegian Fjords.
Amongst the group of 17 attending are Police Sergeant from Oxford who has stage 4 cancer, a fireman with cancer, a fireman with MND, Jamie Hull who is a former TVP officer who left TVP to join the SAS and was caught up in a plane crash and suffered 60% burns as well as other Officers with PTSD and mental health illness. An incredible charity that I hold close to my heart.
