I've raised £1000 to get urgent medical care to those vulnerable and suffering from the HIV epidemic in Pakistan

There is currently an epidemic of HIV moving across Sindh (and in particular Larkhana). The causes are unknown, and the theories vary from medical malpractice to ignorance of preventative measures.
You can find out about the story here:

Either way, we want to get medical attention to this village urgently. We have already spoken to a network of Doctors at leading medical institutions across Karachi and we want them to be able to get a team to the infected areas as soon as possible.
Almost all of the sufferers are children and the villages concerned do not have consistent access to medical care. What makes this a particularly tragic case, is that this is a preventable disease and there are steps that can be taken to help those with the disease. The excellent doctors going will be from a range of hospitals including Aga Khan, Indus, Ziauddin and many more. Pakistan is run on the efforts of private citizens, so we are doing our best to help them.
The doctors will help treat sufferers, assess the issue and start implementing a prevention strategy for the areas concerned.
Please donate generously, because all we are providing is much needed logistical support to the awesome doctors preparing to go and help.
