Here at HK Lifestyle Choices Ltd we want to make a difference to people living in Wythenshawe (where we are based) and also people living in Manchester, then hopefully in time across the UK.

We want to help people who under normal circumstances couldn’t work in an office environment, this may be due to a physical disability or a disability like mental health. Mental health is a big thing with me as I do suffer with depression and anxiety.

We have the ability to set people up to work in a call centre like no other you have seen, well you probably have as its in your own home.

We are looking to get people to work from home, all you need is a Laptop / Computer, a good internet access, be able to talk to people, oh yes and the desire to help yourself to do things you thought you couldn’t or just to prove to others that you are normal, whatever “normal” is.

I see everybody the same, we are all capable of good things, sometimes we just need to be given the chance to shine. Well here at HK “you’ll never be judged, just understood”

I also want to do something slightly different as well as the call centre work.

I want to get funding to set up a food bank. Most of us struggle from time to time, and sometimes you don’t have anyone to ask if they have a spare tin of beans or a bag of pasta. In most cases we have no idea if the person next door has and food to put on the table or has any washing powder to wash the children’s school uniform.

We would have a Facebook/web page where people can go and request items they may need. We don’t want to have to go through the route of being referred from the job centre and stuff like that. I want something that is accessible to people who just need a little bit of help.

Let’s face it, ALL of us have or do need a little help from time to time. The main focus will be on helping people into work but also to be there for people when they fall on hard times. You never know when that unexpected bill will land on the doorstep or the DWP will mess up your benefits. I have had all of the above happen to me at some point in my life, so that is why I am so passionate to help others who are in the same situation.

We just need your help to get everything up and running and then we can start to help as many people as possible.
