Story

Sadly on the 5th of October our darling friend Hollie got diagnosed with breast cancer.

Hollie had all the scans that the doctors said she needed but still to this day she's having back pains.

The scans that Hollie has had so far are:

- MRI

-CT Scan

-Bone Scan

-Mammogram

After having all of the above scans Hollie had the dreaded wait of just over a week to find out her exact diagnosis.

Whilst waiting for the final diagnosis, she was convinced that the cancer had spread due to her back pain getting progressively worse.

On Tuesday the 16th Hollie went into hospital to finally get her results & the doctor informed her that her bone scan come back clear but her cancer tumour was far bigger than the originally anticipated. Hollie was also told by the doctor that day that they would need to remove some lymph-nodes.

To cut a long story short Hollie has become friendly with a lady who has breast cancer which unfortunately spread to her bones & she has advised Hollie to get a PET scan.

Unfortunately the NHS do not offer PET scans so Hollie would need to get this done privately. We've been told this is going to cost around £2,000 which is why we have set up this page to try & help Hollie raise the money she needs.
